hectic,problematic,fantastic,idiotic!!

I don't know whats gone in to me. Tapi aku nak luah kan semua kat sini. Its my first week of my 5th semester. I've always get excited for my upcoming semester but not this time. Problems keep trembling day by day. Since  we're 3rd year students so we no longer provided with hostels and the house currently I'm living is quite expensive for a single-storey and non furnished and this really bugs me. But on the other side, its really near to my class. A 10 minute walking distance perhaps. Before I used to save money, and mostly I spent them on expensive foods rather than expensive clothes but now I have to REALLY SAVE. Well bye2 to secret recipe's delightful cakes, fast food outlets and delicacies in jusco. I also have to limit my money on buying books so what I do is buy second hand ones from seniors and merajinkan diri pergi library. I just noticed there's a new library at the 2nd floor of my faculty. Imagine how 'up to date' I am with the university facilities :p. Secondly for this semester I decided to take extra credits therefore I have to rearrange my class schedule. To summed that up, from monday to tuesday my class starts at 8 until 7!! and we only have a one hour gap between 1-2. Thinking that we have to rush up for asar prayers and off to next class really brings the uncomfyness(no such word. I made that up haha).

Thirdly, mom ask me to come over to KL this week. Then I told her that I've meet up with tasya (an old friend at matriculation and currently studying in UKM) before going there. As soon as I reached bangi, mom called and asked me to directly go to melawati with my uncle. Honestly its kinda frustrating as we planned to meet up a month ago and I don't know if we are able to meet again as she has to attend lots of field works on weekends that limits the time we can meet up. Last week I can't even visit my ex-roommate mastura at sg buloh. So now I'm stuck at melawati doing nothing. I forgot to bring books along so I guess thats a bonus point for the boredom. Thanks to my laptop and broadband for bringing my day up. At least there is something I can do. At this point I totally felt like mom has been treating me like I'm still in kindergarten. It's ok mom. I'm capable of doing things alone.

Maybe I'm not in her shoes. Because I'm not yet a mother and married so I may have no right to judge someone like that. There's a time where mothers can't accept the fact that their children are all grown up. you know what I mean right.

There's so much I wanna write but I'm total lost of words. I kept scrolling up and down thinking of my next  sentence. Oh man where's the adlin who knows how to write without getting any grammatical errors? does that adlin even exists?

Below are pictures of  my previous semester. just something I wanna put as to not make this post too bored to read :)

half of my class. this was taken at esso refinery, our industrial visit

Speaking of this boring weekend, my sister tried to persuade me to join her meet up with her office mate at KLCC tomorrow. I didn't really given her an answer. rasa malas sangat sebenarnya. facing the pack of sardines of klcc  and train...haih...and the same night is taman melawati's official J-15 open road. loads of food. my favorite!!!sapa xsuka makan kan?

lets just see how my weekend goes on.....bored or not is something that I can't decide..hmm...

Gonna miss you..HOME

It's nearly the end of my 7 weeks holiday before I start a new semester. Seeing most of my friends that can't wait to start a new semester after a whole 4 month holiday really makes me like 'arghh!!!' kinda  feeling. This is due to my 10 weeks of in-house training right after my final paper. I admit it is beneficial learning new stuffs that previous students don't have the opportunity to do so but I'm glad that I can spend the whole fasting month at home. Totally worth it!! here's some pictures a week before ramadan straightly taken after my in-house training.

breakfast at Everly hotel..first dish

second dish..still thinking why do they serve these kind of food in the morning?oh well telan je la

my sister said that I look like a hamster in this pic coz my mouth was loaded with  food ..

saying hello to a new friend?(yeah I bought these 2 little hamsters at Malacca and this is the first time I brought them here in kuantan). The first 3 days my cats were so amused by them. asal masuk je nak tgk. After a week they kindly ignored them an continue minding their own business.

baskin robbin's ice cream cake. I was a little curious so I bought a piece that cost me rm11.50 (expensive!!) and shared it with  lil' my brother and sis. The taste was so-so. not craving for that again

dinner with  pak lang and the family. His special treat for his upcoming retirement.

well after nearly a week we left home for eid and we arrived home on monday so I only got 4 days here before going back to bangi and malacca for the next day. Some of my friends are already at college busy with orientation for new students and some of us are just hoping to stay longer at home. Oh well I just have to bare in mind that I'm a student and holding responsibilities for the country, family and the future. ok itu ayat serius xleh blah :p

Here are pics of my last days at home. Ok why do I feel like I'm studying abroad? Its just Malacca, a 4 hour driving distance la adlin!!!

WACKY OR CHEERFUL?

There's a difference between my mother and father's side of the family. I don't know whether its the culture difference between negeri sembilan and selangor or is it just us. I'm more closed with cousins from moms side probably because we had a lot of family gatherings and I once heard that negeri sembilan's culture that likes to have family gathering even for little events. Its proven when I asked most of my friends which are originally from negeri sembilan and yeah it seems that we're not the ones with the whole gather thing.

Speaking of wacky and cheerful, I seriously don't know how to describe these pictures below. Wacky, cheerful, cool? hmm...
I admit I'm quite of a cam whore in the family. I think all of us are. but we all like to make weird poses instead of the 'skema' look and smile. Something like making the picture look alive, u know what I mean.

oh, forgot to state that these pictures are from 3rd and 4th day of raya

pheww....thats a lot of pictures ay... I love my family.always stick together facing obstacles in life. lets hope we remain this bond we built for generations to come. ok ayat kebanyakan aku da guna. lost of words now.

It's EID!!!

hey I'm back!!!enjoying eid this year guys? for me it was wholesome. Many things happen apart from the mouth watering foods and visiting families around my village. firstly the house in rembau was vacant since our grandparents passed away a couple of years ago when I was still in high school. So we rarely sleep there instead most of the time we would gathered at my aunt's place at bangi. but since it's a must to spent a few nights there so usually the first thing we did was CLEANING. This is definitely vital cause if not u just have to bare with the dust, termites ( just found out their new hiding place) and the unclean areas. I'm totally cool with the cleaning and to bare my sneezeness sensitive nose that keeps on being stuffy while doing the cleaning. but it's quite not cool when the family is getting bigger and we ran out of space to sleep that forces us to build up a partition from my uncle's old office furniture. Secondly, a little trouble with the sharing toilet and bath room. Well u know how kampung style houses where they set apart toilets and bathe rooms, then we have to take turns to use them cause generally there's 40++ here so we have to tolerate. The funny thing is,from my mother's side of the family, we kinda have that food digestion where every time we consume a large meal, then in a few minutes u just wanna 'go'. This includes me (haha ok so I just revealed my greatest secret). so then we have to queue up while screaming " hurry up in there!!". I seriously don't remember how could I survive back then. Did I became too fussy now? either way it's just a once a year situation that we all have to go through. Because for us it doesn't feel like eid if we celebrated it at bangi. We prefer the village fresh air and its surroundings and also its our way to preserve the house.

Enough with the details. Pictures will represent how gleefully we had for eid. I only had one baju kurung and the rest are mostly 'hand me downs' from cousins and my mom's vintage days clothes. I also manage to find tops that still fits even though I wore it during my middle school days. pretty cool huh? I'd be lying if I said that I didn't buy any new clothes. I do but anything that I purchased above rm50 will be considered expensive. I prefer look gorgeous in a modest way.(ok ayat macam bajet bgus sikit haha)

the only baju kurung for raya
satin shawl: bought at jalan TAR for rm15
baju kurung: custom made

basically our house is just beside a school. Separated by the fence is the school field

they would called this pose as " kau cilako!!" or in english "you bastard" . there's a story behind it hahaha
