2013 Top 10 Summary

 Even though its already 1/1/14 but I'm still gonna write this post..I planned to write it yesterday but well line internet tak berapa nak laju and I'm not in the mood..so here's tits and bits about what happened throughout the past 12 months of 2013:

1. Johor Bahru with the family

Me together with the other four and makteh's family went to JB for chinese new year holiday..we stayed one night at a motel nearby and two nights at our former neighbour aunty ram's place..its been a long time since we last step foot here all together..saya selalu gak pergi JB tapi sekadar pergi wedding then balik

2.  Genting Highlands and Broga Hills with classmates

An unplanned trip for those who stayed in Malacca in completing their final year project during our mid sem break..I was the only girl participate in this trip..I suggested to them since ada satu hari public holiday kat melaka so why not make a trip to somewhere..bukan senang nak rancang trip2 ni since selalu je plan tak jadi..so these 2 trips were memorable for me.

3. Having the most lovable BFF = Natasya Ahmed

Been besties since we 1st met as facilitators back in 2010. Kalau tak saya turun bangi..tasya akan turun melaka atleast satu sem sekali..alhamdulillah Allah has grant me a wonderful person for me to share my sorrows and pain and joyous moments with her..even though we can't always meet but yet our ukhwah remains strong..can I have tasya versi lelaki?kalau ada I'll marry him!! ok that sounds super lesbo :p

let me tell ya tasya ni kau bagi lah binatang apa pon dia tak takut langsung..lipas katak leh pegang macam kucing apa de hal..

4. Passion towards final year project

Even though I'm guilty for not getting good grades for exam subjects but when it comes to research and spending hours doing something you enjoyed at the lab, yes I found something that I love doing..that is research and innovation..maybe it runs in the blood where my dad controls the innovation and research department and my kakak kalau nak korek dalam2 pasal artis yang dia minat tu memang sampai lubang cacing dia kaji punya..tapi when talking bout passion on research it must relate to something you like..means kalau suka tajuk yang kaitan dengan renewable energy, so apa2 yang berkaitan dengan tajuk tu mesti suka gak..tapi kalau kena campak dengan tajuk main dengan software memang menangis gak la #sayanoobsoftware..dulu punya lah aku takut bila abang2 dan kakak senior cakap pasal tension wat FYP, tapi in the end its all about minat..tipu la kalau aku cakap aku senang lenang wat FYP ni..ada je moments aku tak tidur dan benggang..semua ada ups and downs kan

5. Balancing two careers..being a full time student and a part time tuition teacher

I have been a tuition teacher since last year where I started off as a personal tutor last year than been applying for a job as a tuition centre teacher the following year..alhamdulillah I love teaching there even though I have to scream at the kids but I enjoy doing what I love to do..people always said "tak penat ke?" but honestly memang penat jugak tapi I learn how to manage time wisely rather than wasting it more on "lagha" things hihi

6. Pushing over weddings

Well being in the 20s age time zone means that  its weddings everywhere for my friends, relatives and colleagues..invited through facebook, ada juga yang mereka tak invite even though we know each other but its okay I'm learning myself to be cool because we're not that closed eventually...sometimes attending weddings made me a little bit pressure on pursuing marriage..indeed memang niat nak kahwin awal..tapi kan.. marriage.. is it about me wanna get married because everyone does or do I really wanna get married because I wanted to?

dan ini paling comel..young parents..belah kiri tu husni dan ashraf pon satu batch gak tu..ha nampak tak berapa banyak dah pasangan satu batch ni..seriously this pic is so cute that I just had to steal it from asim's (yang tengah tu) profile..yang belah kanan (ammar) juga merupakan classmate aku kat SMIH..sejuk je kan pandang keluarga ni kan

7. Organizing an Event

Memang dari dulu lagi hobi aku suka nak organise event yang melibatkan campur tangan dengan pelbagai pihak..memang it sounds melecehkan tapi from that I learn how to deal with people, handle pressure and make people happy with our work..so on end of June me together with classmate akmalakif @john being the head organizers for our final year class dinner held at kings hotel ayer keroh. Believe me it ain't easy you know lebih2 lagi bab cooperation from classmates..alhamdulillah the event went well

masa ni aku memang suara serak tahap ella tersumbat..gara2 batuk dan sakit tekak akibat jerebu teruk melanda satu semenanjung

and then sempat lagi satu table jadi ala2 kasino plak dah bila the guys and sara as wakil sorang girl play cards..

a special award given by us to john as a token of our appreciation on making this night eventful..arghh if only my ella voice didn't spoiled my speech

8. A adhoc trip to Perak that left me valuable life lessons

I took a bus ticket to Teluk Intan firstly to go to my matriculation classmate shapik's wedding and secondly I haven't been to Perak quite a while since last when I was in secondary school so why not kan..I stayed at syira's place (also classmate at matric) for 3 nights and throughout my stay I had indeed gained many valuable lessons from a low-class family..even though they lived serba kekurangan but they still managed to lived happily..tak merungut pon..compared to me yang asyik nak mengeluh je pasal hidup #sayabukanmacai

9. Handling the Pressure of being an extend student

Well as you all know I had to extend another semester of my degree due to some subjects that I failed. For the first 4 weeks its not easy to tell people whether your a final year student or extend student..kadang ada je yang cop student extend ni "pemalas" without knowing their true story behind..and for me I did have that kind of pressure lebih2 lagi bila orang terdekat bertanya bila nak abes belajar as I am the second breadwinner of the family..and also when going to ur classmates convo day..ya Allah hanya Tuhan je tahu perasaan masa tu..we are happy for them..but of course lagi happy bila kita dapat grad sama kan..masuk sama tapi grad tak sama..alhamdulillah All praise to Him saya dapat melalui  minggu2 itu..dan sekarang tengah nak final dah..so readers do pray for me for my upcoming 2 papers more...satu paper done on 30/12/13..insyaAllah on 10/1/13 I'll be done with my degree..

10. Being a University Representative 

While everyone was at home for the 3 months holiday, I participate a "Small Medium Enterprise @SME" program for 3 months and our group got selected untuk bertanding di Times Square..For my past 4 years studying here I think its my first time being so honored in a program..sebab dia punya gah memang gila lah..jumpa super successful businessman as our panels...ikutkan memang before this ada je masuk program wakil U tapi this SME program is truly off the charts man..

even though we didn't win anything, but the prize and memories are sensational dude

Ok I think thats enough for my top 10 2013..rasanya banyak je lagi nak heboh kat sini tapi meleret sangat pulak dah...well I think everyday is an eventful day for me..kan3? (ok ayat drama orang bercinta datang) so to readers and myself yang akan baca balik my old posts..bye2 2013 and welcome 2014

Throw back 2007 : Rezeki Terpijak...Japan

Suddenly this night around 2.11a.m 15/12/13 it struck me to write a post about my trip to japan.. yes it has been quite a long time but believe me the memories still remains fresh in my mind..and for the record, one of the reasons that I wanna update this blog is because of a couple of reasons 1- to add on my "places I go" layout on the left side of my blog, 2- nak update blog yang lama tak berupdate 3- tetiba terbaca blog fatin liyana honeykoyuki.blogspot.com dan baru tahu yang aku pernah join satu batch pergi jepun dengan dia haha..sungguh ku tak sangka..hamboi kau bila dia dah famous baru nak bangga..apa punya orang da aku ni hahah..

ok moving on..how it all started..I wasn't really in to japan stuff as I always fancy on euro things such as london, paris dan sebagainya yang nampak ala2 exclusive gitu..but after SPM aku memang tak bekerja langsung sampai la masuk matriks..kiranya aku ada kot dalam 4 5 bulan tak bekerja dan ketika itu pon family aku didn't push me into working..so I ended up being very "busy" with the social network stuff..mula la geng2 sekolah nak YM bagai..then friendster pon aktif je... and the highlight part is I took my sister's japanese book and learn for fun..and kakak being the person who always find a way to pengaruhi adik2 dia untuk minat apa yang dia minat..so memang dia berjaya buat kau minat dengan jepun sampai lah aku belajar sendiri bahasa jepun ni..dengan harapan dapat  tengok drama jepun tanpa subtitles..but yeah macam haram tak dapat faham..well at least I tried and understand a little..so thats good enough for me...

Then I went to kolej matrikulasi pahang where I didn't really brag about knowing a lot about japanese stuff but luckily I got a roomate whose really into japan stuff..yeay ada geng kan..so one time there was an advertisement dekat board hal ehwal pelajar tentang JENESYS student exchange program...rasanya macam pernah je aku cerita kan dalam previous post about macam mana proses aku dapat tapi rasa nak cerita gak walaupun takde readers pon yg nak tahu sangat...tapi in details lagi ada someone inspired me  to not give up and disebabkan dia alhamdulillah dapat pergi sana..kalau rajin leh baca kat previous post yg kat teluk intan tu..shapik or iqa lah orangnya...

Preparation memang sangatlah best sebab tambang dan segala hal memang kerajaan jepun yang support 100%..dengar tu 100% habaq ang!! passport matrik yang taja rm300 sorang (ada 3 org yang pergi including me) dan kami hanya perlu bawa duit shopping jela..thanx to le dad yang sponsored my RM1000 untuk diconvertkan dalam USD dan yen untuk membeli souvenier...sayang ayah tau hehe..

There was about 90 students which include 60 high school students and 30 matriculation students..3 from each matric...60 high school kids tu pon gempak2 je semua..masing2 wakil sekolah dalam macam2..tapi aku gempak la jugak sebab terselect antara 3000 student dalam matrik tu kan #bangga dengan diri sendiri

Part 1: Tokyo and around it..well the pictures and time maybe a little messed up..tak ikut flow sikit because I is malas

Part 2: Miyazaki and foster family

we were ther for about 6 days and 3 days with our japan family..

sampai2 je kami disambut oleh pelajar sekolah dari malaysia..I tell ya bila kami sampai je dari bus tu budak2 tu excited macam nampak artis gitu.. # I is feeling super hot

family ni kecik je..anak sorang..my father ueno koji..okaasan ni sebaya mak aku lahir tahun 1960 tapi both kawen lambat 

sebenarnya kan aku yang muka tak malu bila aku suh ayah angkat aku panggil budak dua orang ni untuk snap pic ngan aku..sungguh tak malu kan saya ini..

they brought me at a sushi restaurant..first time eating the really2 raw fish...harap2 tak de lah sake (alcohol) dalam tu..dah balik malaysia baru kawan2 aku takutkan aku cakap "weh kau tak risau kot sushi tu ada sake ke?" ok time tu baru nak risau..nak risau pon takdo guno eh..da lepas... #tudung putih aku pakai tu hilang kat ampaian hostel utem masa tahun 1 bersama 2 lagi tudung hitam..damn pencopet

Then  selepas dua malam dengan family angkat, maka pada hari ketiga kami ada majlis perpisahan dengan semua geng miyazaki punya family angkat..malam tu agak menangis la semua orang..macho tak macho nangis beb..

ni masa majlis perpisahan bersama keluarga angkat..

ni bukan keluarga angkat aku tapi mereka sangatlah friendly..especially yg cium aku ni

Kemudiannya kami menginap dalam satu malam lagi di hostel area miyazaki juga..macam dorm  katil dua tingkat..dan berjalan2 sekitar miyazaki...

Part 3 : Tokyo again

Ketika di tokyo pula selama dua malam, kami ke tokyo tower dan malam itu ada majlis penutup..

Sebenarnya aku tak ingat sangat flow perjalanan pergi kemana sekian..so let me just explain by the pictures

ini meal kami masa kat tokyo tower restaurant..sepanjang 10 hari aku makan ikan memanjang je..balik malaysia kempunan daging 

malam itu kami sempat berjalan2 sekitar bandar tokyo..ke akihabara tempat jual barang elektronik termurah dan boleh nego macam kat  plaza low yat kat KL..

bangunan belakang 6 tingkat itu ialah plazanya..sekitar tu is akihabara...bayangkan ps yg mcm vita tu boleh dapt ngn harga rm150??? sedangkan kat msia time tu dalam 800 kot..tu dak laki  pakat2 nak g beli tu

Ok rasanya macam dah banyak gila je gambau dalam post ni..seriously me agak malas nak men collage photos at the moment so I ended up uploading all of them..ni pon dah tapis2...

Alhamdulillah I get to experience being in a foreign country of my dreams..tu orang kata rezeki terpijak..come to think about it, it was my greatest achievement representing something from all 3000 students that I never experienced before..balik matrik je nama aku famous dengan title " dak g jepun tu" LOL...didn't even tried so hard of being  "mencapub" like high school #doubleLOL..bila dah lama2 or bila da tua n sedikit matang ni kan..there's no point of being famous just so you want people to know you..be someone that you can inspire and motivate people..sekian cebisan ceramah pendek tak berbayar saya ini
