January Weddings

During my school days, I'm not a big fan on going to weddings. Bila dipaksa and tak de choice baru nak pergi. But now as I am almost hitting on being 23 this september, most of my friends with the same age are getting married, and some of them already expecting a baby!!

Getting married at an early age may be tough, and some of us including me would thought  like ' awal gila dia ni kawen'. Bila di compare balik hidup masing2, yeah of course there are differences. Some of them got married early because they don't have any study commitments..or some of them can get married early sebab galakkan dari parents and they have their parents blessing. Because I know some parents don't allow their children to get married until they finished their studies.

To think about it, getting married at an early age isn't such a bad thing at all. One thing for sure I know is dapat elak maksiat and ajar kita untuk jadi lebih bertanggungjawab. But if you don't know how to manage your time or spendings or even not mentally prepared, that might be a problem..

Ok berhenti sampai situ.On january I attend my ex-classmate wedding, Ain Rosly. She was my classmate from form 2 till form 4. Kecik je orangnya tapi sangat lincah. kaki sport punya orang. Then diploma pon amek sains sukan. Memang sesuai sangat lah kan. She married her coursemate back in Shahputra College and her reception was at her place in taman sri pulai. Saya sanggup dari melaka turun JB tau hehe..your former classmate's wedding is kinda like our mini reunion for us..so meet the sekolah menengah islam hidayah alumni's

Moving on to the second one on the same month, my sisters classmate, my senior at the same school. Her ceremony somehow inspired me. Because my sisters classmate, kak wani is from JB and her husband is from terengganu, both of them still studying, as far as I know kak wani was still on her last chambering sessions before she can fully graduate and her husband is pursuing his masters in korea, and they did only one ceremony!!how logically is that?simple, they booked a ballroom at kuala lumpur (the ballroom is organize by my cousin's friend) ,and the solemnization was held around 10a.m.. straightly after that,a small feast for all the guest. The ceremony ended around 3. Separuh majlis kawen time akad lain, majlis belah perempuan lain, majlis belah laki lain pulak..tak ke membazir disitu? I seriously hope I could do the same thing. To think about it, my parents wedding ceremony was also very simple. The solemnization was held after isya' prayers continued by a little feast and a week after kenduri sambut menantu at my dad's place. They didn't even have plans for honeymoon because 2 weeks after their wedding my parents flew to north carolina where my dad pursue his degree there. So boleh kira 2in1 la gak hehe.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

alhamdulillah I just arrived Malacca a few hours ago..ready to start a new semester..yup I ain't lying. Nak cepat2 habis then I could get a job and get married and have kids..ok tu jauh sgt perginya haha..So I drove to bangi from Malacca (wth am I doing at malacca a week early?don't ask) and hang out with tasya and her friend aby...I went to UKM to fetch up tasya and she asked me to stay around for a while at the hostel's student lounge..xtau nak ckp tpt tu pe hehe...her friends made spaghetti for lunch. You know how living in a hostel looks like, you have limited equipments..and thats exactly what I missed...buat air teh dalam heater, bekas tupperware as plates hehe...and one of the things that I like about tasya's friends is that they are so welcoming..membuatkan saya ni xkekok dengan diorang...waa rindunya this kind of atmosphere...brings back the good memories during my matric years.

Then we move to our journey to mid valley..pheww it was pouring rain and there were so many lopak2 made us feel like we're going on a waterpark adventure haha. The three of us didn't exactly know the direction to mid valley. We just followed a very specific direction that tasya's friend told us. But unfortunately I missed satu simpang and then got lost for like more than an hour...the 30 minute expected time turns out to be an hour an half journey..kalau nak g melaka rasa da sampai da hehe..so we parked at The Gardens mall and went to Borders so that I can finished  my last rm50 book voucher. After that we went to mid valley that is just opposite to The Gardens Mall and had our tea time at secret recipe. You know what happens on weekends, the crowdness..oh I just can't stand it..nak shopping pon masa tu duit memang xde..belum nak kaya lagi hehe.. then the same thing happens on our way back. We took the seremban exit but lepas tu main redah je jalan.

Overall, it was fun, tiring and thrilling hehe..hope to see them again..cepat2 la turun melaka :)

Matriculation, Facilitating and Kuantan had brought us together

Couldn't think for an exact title for my post, so this is as far as I got hehe... so  I just wanna post about funny little things that the four of us have in common. Putri, Haris, me and ismail. I've known putri as she was one of the student council members but I never really get the chance to talk to her until our first iftar last year with halim, aiffa, haris and mail at tanjung lumpur.

Then moving on to mail, I met him when we were both facilitators at pahang matriculation college for the two-year-programme students. Encik Adam always called him 'mail dugro' as he has the body of a 13 year old boy haha..ok itu jahat en adam hehe.

for some reason, this is the latest picture I got hehe

Haris, for one reason his name was always on the top of the girls gossip team. I've heard of the name of saiful haris, dak kuliah 1f,dak kakom basketball  but never really met him in person. So I thought, oh so maybe he's one of the good looking jocks like in high school times..but who cares.. ok maybe its just me who doesn't care as I'm the kind of person who minds my own business. I met haris with the same occasion that I met mail but haris only joined for a day. Then I figured ' oh patutlah orang slalu cakap pasal dia'.

oh the ugly me is in the picture hehe..nak gak post pic  ni coz I was there ..in detail means that  all pics of the four of us were taken at teluk chempedak

. Putri and Haris are classmates back in matriculation while mail and haris are coursemates in utm. The kuantan thing that brought us together. The four of us went to boarding school so apparently we don't have close friends in kuantan. So whenever we have free time we hang out. kuantan bukan besar mana pon so usually we went to the movies and hang out at teluk chempedak.Bila tanya masing2 semua pon jawab 'kat sini kawan2 aku korang jela, yang lain sume jauh2'. Sama jela situasi dengan saya. Sekolah fully kat jb then pas spm pindah kuantan. Sangat bersyukur coz atleast ada gak kawan kat kuantan ni kan.

on my left is halim, the master mind of our gather program. He's also my former classmate back in matric. this picture was taken on our first iftar

Chinese New Year Holidays

I finished my finals on 14 january but I'd stayed in malacca for a couple of days before deciding to follow my uncle at bangi going back to kuantan. The first day we arrived kuantan, mom brought us to sungai lembing, located 30 mins from kuantan. This was a historical place, tin ore mine was the business. the place is kinda rural as the nearest petrol station is 40 mins ahead but the view is great, the people are so welcoming and there's this stall which serves the best mee jawa in town!!kat kuantan pon xde sesedap macam ni.

Then the next day we went to kemaman to eat satar at the famous aziz satar stall(as far as I know literally the stall is not owned by aziz satar the actor) in kuala kemaman and my aunties bought some losong or best known as keropok lekor to bring back to selangor.

alolo comeynyer la aina ni
went breakfast at teluk chempedak before gerak

On the third day, the same day we headed back to bangi, we went to my late grandma's sister in sungai koyan, raub. Oh man jalannya sangat teruk and pening pale. Wan induk yeng or her real name is inche yang bt kani married an army officer mom said that they lived in raub after her husband retired. Oh and her grandson which is also my second cousin was my senior at UTeM and now he's pursuing his masters at UTHM.

1st..formal dulu..
2nd..angkat tgn reramai!!tu je yg terfikir hehe
with my cousin fikri yang byk tolong ku masa 1st year kat utem..that time he was on his last year
sepesen je dua beradik  ni
otw balik singgah solat kt masjid around bentong xsilap..semasing la ai..

A Letter to My Husband

Di malam penuh kejiwangan ini tiba-tiba  saya decide untuk menulis sebuah coretan pada suami saya:

dear mr husband,

I know my words would freak you out since I wrote this letter before we even got married. So maybe some of these content may or may not be true or what so ever. I thought about this for some quite time. Here's a list of things that I would like to say to you.

1) You maybe someone that I have met or never met or maybe someone that we met on short notice before we decided to get married. I don't know who you are but definitely we will meet as husband and wife and I had a great feeling that we're gonna be best friends.

2) I may not be perfect and I hope you will accept me for who I am but please do remind me if I've made a mistake and hopefully I will do the same too. I would most likely to perform prayers as jemaah with you whenever we have the opportunity to do so.

3) As you know a women can sometimes be very sensitive. I have been going through hardships since my teenager years until now I have to do part time jobs and study at the same time to survive in my university life since I don't apply loans and get scholarships. Plus my family problems is getting more and more complicated and I don't know when it will end. Forgive me if I cried a lot. Usually I would cry alone in the car or in my room. And sometimes I would called a friend and chat while bursting in tears. Like this one time I hold back my tears after tried to persuade my lecturer to pass my exams after I spent a whole night doing everything I can to pass my exams like redo the final paper, redo tutorials and example questions just to get an addition of 7 marks to pass. Can't imagine to repeat the paper that is disgustingly awful. But government institutions are not the same as private ones where you can just retake the paper rather than going through the whole semester. So nak tak nak terpaksa jugak la amek paper tu semula. Dengan kecewanya  masuk dalam kereta then terus nangis. Its kinda frustating when you put your effort on getting something but your effort seems pointless. I hope that you could comfort me in your arms saying that everything is gonna be alright or something like "hey, as long as I'm here u'll be ok".

4) I don't have many reliable friends. At school I was the timid and shy one. The worst memory I had during my school days when i got isolated by my friends after one of my 'reliable' one spitted out my greatest secret. That's when I realised that I should not trust someone too much and the theory of 'bestfriend' is somewhat nonsense. I hope you can change my perception.

5) You know what. I'm pretty good at massaging skills especially chiropractic. I learnt this myself after seeing my dorm mates doing it. Then my mom was the first person which I can 'asah2' my skills. Till now people would knock on my door asking me to massage their back. I'll be glad to massage you whenever you feel tense after a hard day at work :)

6) I may don't have the full requirements to be a perfect wife but I will try to strive for perfection

7) I like travelling, taking pictures of places and stuff. and of course, shopping!! who doesn't right?(ok maybe its best stated to women) but don't worry, i don't mind going shopping alone. It would be pity seeing you following me around checking out stuff. Unless you like shopping, that's a bonus for me. The travelling part, sight seeing, visiting new places oh so interesting, fun and adventure. Lets travel together dear ^_^

8) What's your favourite dish?mine's lemak cili api and ayam masak merah and the fastest dish that I can cook is mushroom cream soup hehe..but don't worry, since  now that I have someone to take care of other than myself I'll promise  I cook for dinner straightly after I get back home ok honey.

9) You know how chocolate can decrease someone's stress emotion. I used to loved chocolate back then but somehow chocolate doesn't seem to be my best friend now. Usually when I'm feeling stress or emotionally down I'll drove myself somewhere and bought 'other' sweet things such as vanilla ice cream, blueberry muffin, cheese tart, cheese cake and sometimes even smoothies and will sit in the car alone for like 20 minutes and calm myself down. Please let me stop (or at least slow me down) from this unusual habit. I'm worried bout my sugar level even though the fact I fear gemukness.

10) I'm a family lover. I enjoy gathering and eat dinner together. So how's your family?is your mom and dad well? I hope they like me. I don't mind getting a day off accompanying you at your home town. That's something I should do right?

my wish list is too long. maybe 20% who reads this thinks that this is rubbish. Well it is something I hope my future husband will read. maybe in the future we'll be reading it together while laughing. oh there's one thing  I wanna tell you:

Most importantly, I want you to know that I will love you as much as you will love me, my best friend, the father of my children, my soulmate :)
